EXPLOSION-PROOF ELECTROMAGNETIC PILOT MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

Nadi solenoid valves maintenance can be made with the following tools without disassembling the solenoid valve from the pipes.
TOOLS
1	Solenoid housing security clip extration tool (Cod. Art. KM/3062)
2	Flat screwdriver (max. 3x1)
3	Special fixed core wrench (Cod. Art. KM/2621)
4	Fixed core wrench lever-pin ( 8 mm dia.)
5	Setscrew wrench n. 2
6	Wrench n.2

Operation n. 1
Be sure to have been switched off the power-supply before to start with the following operations Unloose the security dowel using a n.2 setscrew wrench, turning anticlockwise.

Operation n. 2
Unscrew the solenoid housing threaded cap turning anticlockwise.

Operation n. 3
Insert the clip extraction tools in the hole of the solenoid housing security clip and pull until clip is extracted.

Operation n. 4
If present, unloose the exagon nut with a n. 19 wrench turning anticlockwise. Unscrew completely the exagon nut by hand.

Operation n. 5
If operation n. 4 has been made made, extract carefully the o-ring.

Operation n. 6
Pull up the solenoid housing until completely extracted from the fixed core of the solenoid valve.

Operation n. 7
Extract the solenoid lock spring. On some solenoid valves instead of the spring could be present an o-ring .

Operation n. 8	-
WARNING !!!!! USE ONLY THE SPECIAL WRENCH !!!. Using different wrench could injure the solenoid valve functionality. Insert the special wrench on the fixed core then insert the lever pin on the wrench. Unloose the core turning anticlockwise.

Operazione n. 9
Pull out the lever pin from the wrench then.... unscrew completely by the hand until separated from the solenoid valve body.
